Relocating to Hawaii can be a very stressful experience, especially to Oahu which is the busiest of all of the Islands.  I try to provide families with a peaceful organized process of understanding both Military personell arriving for the first time and others who already are familiar with the Islands.

I provide individuals and businesses with a variety of relocation choices of whether it would be more beneficial for them to rent our puchase.

Before your arrival:

*    We will assess both your needs and the needs of your 
      family on the different neighborhoods on Oahu.
 
*     Educate you on the varous types of Homes and Condos
       available on Oahu.

*     Set up appointments for you to view the properties.

Upon Arrival on Oahu:

*     I will provide you with a comprehensive review and 
       need assesment of ex: bedrooms/baths?

*    Review popular neighborhoods for lot size and home
      style to determine which best suits your needs.

*     I can also provide you with an example of the sales
       contact/forms which are commonly used when
       presenting an offer.

*     I can provide you with a list of various mortgage
       brokers should you needs assistance with VA,
       Government, or Conventional type financing.
