This tutorial has been designed to provide you with a list of some of the services I can provide you with as your rental manager. If at anytime you feel that you need more information, please do not hesitate to contact me by telephone or e-mail.
I specialize in managing rental property on the Leeward side of Oahu anywhere from Moanalua/Salt Lake to the Waianae Coast. My lease terms start from 6 months up to a year.
1) I advertise the property in the Honolulu Advertiser
2) I advertise the property in as many Military Websites as possible.
3) I advertise the property in Rentals Illustrated if necessary.
4) I advertise the property on public bulletin boards specific to
that neighborhood.
5) I do not charge for mileage to meet prospective tenants.
6) The credit report fees are charged to the prospective tenants.
7) Monthly statements can be either mailed or e-mailed to you.
8) Monthly General Excise tax is currently at .045% of rental
income.
